Producer Oscar Hernández continues his father’s legacy while pioneering new processing methods - a balance that resonated deeply with Josh and his tribute to his grandmother, Obaachan.
This coffee went through a journey of transformation. From slow, patient trials to a bold, expressive profile found just weeks before the championship. Its final form is sweet, balanced, and full of depth, mirroring the same harmony that brought Josh to 2nd place at NZBC 2025 🏆.
This release is especially meaningful to us. It carries the passion, sweat, doubts, tears, laughter, and countless late nights of our founder YJ and the entire Eternal team. Every detail, from the roast to the competition story, and coaching Josh's stage routine, was refined with love and persistence. A coffee full of emotion, memory, and spirit.
We wanted to capture as much as possible of Josh’s presence and performance at the competition in this coffee. With every sip, you can feel Josh brewing those cups, telling his story, and shedding heartfelt tears for his grandmother, as if you were right there with him, on stage. ✨
